All prices on the VitaRoot website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product available for purchase

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time

  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at that price and will notify you promptly if this occurs


3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an Order: By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee that your order has been accepted or that the item is in stock. A second email will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

Payment: We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are processed securely. VitaRoot does not store your payment information. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vitaroot.ca. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped.


4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Canada: 5 to 7 business days (standard), 2 to 3 business days (expedited)

  • United States: 7 to 14 business days (standard), 3 to 5 business days (expedited)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs: Free shipping is available on orders over $75 CAD within Canada and the United States. Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties: For orders shipped to the United States or other international destinations, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. VitaRoot is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No Returns Policy: For hygiene and safety reasons, VitaRoot cannot accept returns for any of our products. All sales are considered final once the order has been delivered.

30-Day Issue Resolution Window: If you experience any issues with your order, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vitaroot.ca. We will review your case individually and work with you to find the best possible solution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds: Issued on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees and any customs or import taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
