Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to us.

US Customers — Customs & Duties: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the customer's responsibility. Vita Root is not responsible for any additional customs charges applied to your order.
